PRESCRIPTIONS AND LABS
- Prescriptions will be sent directly to your pharmacy
- Lab slips will be emailed to you
- Take the lab slip to your nearest CPL® (find location) or
Quest™ (find location) laboratory.
- Once results are received, they will be emailed to you using email
